The Happiest Hour is creating a tool for the hospitality industry that allows venues to promote their food/drink offerings and events in real-time to a highly targeted audience. Venues gain data insights on user-behaviour, and are able to both gain new patrons and retain existing patrons through the single platform solution. Currently driven by venue managers, in the future a big data AI engine will make the decisions for venue managers.
