At our Bondi restaurant, our mission, above all, is to create a community around The Hill Eatery, that in turn will enrich the lives of our customers, growers, employees and our neighbourhood. Our produce is sourced ethically, with a focus on the provenance of the food and wine. We are believers in farm-to-table and practice this philosophy as often as we can, heading out beyond the city limits, to engage with the industry as a whole.
