Where do I log in to my account?
On the website:
To log into your account go to the login page here.
On the app:
Click the Profile icon in the bottom right of your app. You should now see the login screen. If you are already logged in it will show your account details.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password go to the login page here. Underneath the login form you will see the words “Forgot password?”. Click this and you will see a field where you need to enter your email address. Enter the email address you use for your account and click “Reset password”. If it is a valid account email you will receive an email in your inbox with further instructions to complete resetting your password
I can’t see my venue in my account?
First, make sure your venue is listed on The Happiest Hour. You can do so by visiting the website and searching for your venue by doing the following:
- In the search bar at the top, click on “What”
- Now click on “Specific venue” and search for your venue in the field provided. If your venue is already listed it will display in this field
If you can’t find your venue, follow these steps to add your venue
If you found your venue you can now go ahead and request access to manage the venue by following these steps:
- Make sure you are logged in to your venue manager account.
- In your venue manager account you will see a button “Request access to a listed venue”.
- Click this and search for your venue and select it. All the relevant fields will automatically populate for you and you can proceed to request access by clicking the “Save New Request Access” button.
- An administrator will immediately be notified and will approve your request. Once this is approved you will be able to manage the requested venue.
How do I add a new special for my venue?
Make sure you are logged in to your venue manager account.
Click on the venue that you want to add a special for from the list of venues in your venue manager. Tip: you can click on the venue name or the edit icon under the actions column to go into the venue editing mode.
Now you will see a button “Specials”. Click this button.
Now you will see a button “Add new”

How do I update an existing special for my venue?
Make sure you are logged in to your venue manager account.
Click on the venue that you want to update a special for from the list of venues in your venue manager. Tip: you can click on the venue name or the edit icon under the actions column to go into the venue editing mode.
Now you will see a button “Specials”. Click this button.
Now you will see a list of all your existing specials for this venue.
Go ahead and edit any of these specials.

Now you will see a button “Add new”
Click this and add your trivia night.
How do I update an existing trivia night for my venue?

Now you will see a button “Trivia”. Click this button.
Now you will see a list of all your existing trivia nights for this venue.
Go ahead and edit any of these trivia nights.
How do I find my venue?
To check if your venue is listed follow these steps:
- Go to the website
- In the search bar at the top, click on “What”
- Now click on “Specific venue” and search for your venue in the field provided.
- If your venue is already listed it will display in this field
- If you can’t find your venue, follow these steps to list your venue
How do I list my venue?
Create a venue manager account here. If you already have a venue manager account log in here.
Once you are logged in to your venue manager account you will see a button “Add new”.
Click this button and complete all the required fields.
Click “Save venue” and you will now see your new venue in your venue manager and also on the website front end. Follow these steps to find your venue.
