Recently a new team has taken over The Wakefield Hotel in hopes of bringing some great vibes & a new lease on life. We will be looking at changing up some our beers & wines to make sure we have a little something for everyone, especially while the weather gets warmer!

Wakefield Hotel

Built in 1883, the iconic Hotel Metropolitan has been trading as a pub ever since. It is listed on the South Australian State Heritage Register. Located on Grote Street, the Metropolitan is in the centre of Adelaide next to Her Majesty's Theatre and opposite Adelaide Central Markets. Renovations have left the hotel with a traditional pub feel in a contemporary setting offering food, gaming, accommodation and entertainment.
