Welcome to Local Brewing Co.'s Taproom, where great beer meets responsible living! Located at 3 Hilton Street, Clifton Hill, Melbourne, our environmentally and socially responsible brewery is dedicated to making a real impact. With every beer purchase, we support Second Bite in its mission.

Join us in our vibrant taproom for a unique experience that combines fantastic brews, delicious pizzas, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We open our doors from 3 pm to 11 pm on Weds-Thurs, noon to 11 pm on Fri-Sat, and noon to 8 pm on Sundays.

We can also start your day right with our cafe opening 7 am-2 pm from Monday to Friday and 8 am-2 pm on weekends, and don't forget to bring your furry friends along – we're proudly pet-friendly!

Enjoy themed nights throughout the week, including Trivia on Wednesday, Snakes and Ladders on Thursday, Happy Hour on Friday, and Brews and Bites on Sunday. Our spacious venue offers seating for 140 downstairs and 70 upstairs, making it the perfect spot for gatherings of all sizes. Appropriately named, the Gem is a rockabilly type pub that many call Collingwood's real local. It's the kind of place where tattooed couples tie their sheepdogs outside and talk about their graphic design jobs inside. The small front bar is a haven for many locals looking to get in from the cold, while the backroom eating area (food is top notch by the way) is good for groups.
