Doors open from 5pm on CARRIAGE SIDE for cocktails & bar snacks. Happy Hour $15 Cocktails and $9 Pints from 5-7pm. From 9pm sort after Melbourne selector DJ Colette ignites the dancefloor, turning up the heat before a live jazz explosion. From 11.30pm the STAGE SIDE comes alive with the fiery improvisations of musicians . The NHT All Star Band is the jazz scene’s answer to a club night with Jesse Chin Quan’s funk-filled bass, Julian Steel’s percussive finesse, and Anthony Farrugia’s scorching guitar licks joining forces to create a rhythm section that’ll make your soul shake. Lewis Hosie and Martin Pang’s keyboard and synth soundscapes take you on a cosmic voyage, while Felix Meredith’s soaring trumpet, Sakiko Goto’s sultry alto sax, and Lachie Daff’s mellow tenor sax will leave you spellbound.
