The food in the Grill is all about quality - simple cooking featuring great Australian beef, seafood and local, seasonal produce. Paddo Inn was the first professional kitchen that Matt Moran worked in over 20 years ago, and now he's back where it all started, overseeing the menu and working closely with Head Chef Stephen Scott.
