Created to pay respect to the great beverage of cider, The Cidery Bar & Kitchen was developed as a collaboration between The Sydney Brewery and Rydges, who set out to create a contemporary, urban-style craft bar in central Sydney, ideal for informal dining and relaxed get togethers.
