“The Heritage Room is a wine bar at 25 Martin Place, from the team behind Rovollo. Forty wines by the glass, over 200 curated bottles led by head sommelier Giulia Ceruzzi, and a cocktail list made for the end of the working day. Cured meats and cheese sourced predominantly from Tuscany, house made pasta, a 350g bistecca, and a Chianti braised short rib sandwich with Tuscan fonduta and salsa verde. Drop by, split a bottle and share a plate.”
