Every Saturday from midday, we’re pouring two hours of bottomless beer and wine alongside a light lunch spread for $99 per person, upstairs in the Bistro. Settle in with a fresh baguette and salted butter, lamb scrumpet with piccalilli, salt-roasted beetroots with goats curd and candied walnuts, cured bonito, roast chicken with turnips and bread sauce, butter lettuce with vinaigrette, and chips with garlic mayonnaise — all the makings of a leisurely feast.
