Enjoy five garlic-infused dishes curated by Executive Chef Malcolm, each expertly paired with wines from Marnong Estate. From sizzling garlic prawns to warm black garlic chocolate cake, every dish is designed to surprise and delight.
Hosted by three legends of food and wine — our executive chef, resident wine guru Terry, and a special guest from Marnong Estate — the afternoon promises not only incredible flavours but also entertaining stories and insights from behind the pass and the vineyard.
