This Mother’s Day, we are offering a hands-on masterclass in which you can learn the art of making a Mediterranean coastal favourite and signature dish of Executive Chef Malcolm Williams – Ndunderi di Minori.
Ndunderi is a type of pasta that comes from the Campania region of Italy, particularly associated with the town of Minori on the Amalfi Coast. Ndunderi are similar to gnocchi but are made primarily with ricotta cheese, flour, and eggs. This results in a lighter, more delicate dumpling compared to the often potato-based gnocchi found elsewhere.
