New 2-4-1 Feature
Bring more customers to your door!
After months of preparation, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand new 2-4-1 feature for venue managers. You'll now be able to offer these exclusive deals to our users, whereby they will redeem it via our app. An app by the way, that was named as one of the best for university students in Australia by the Apple Store in April.
- Tracking: You'll be able to measure exactly who enters your venue for targeted deals.
- Inventory Management: You'll be able to offer discounts on specific food and drink items, as opposed to flat % off the bill, helping you move relevant inventory.
- User Insights: We'll release stats on our most used search filter (for example: steaks are popular on Tuesdays), so venues can factor it into deals.
- Retention: All those that redeem a deal will automatically be notified of your future food/drink specials.
It's a very simple process: you offer a deal such as "2-4-1 parmas on Mondays" (which will be promoted on the app and web); users redeem it via app (you are notified when they do this); they show staff the notification at the venue; done.
As part of this new feature launch we are currently ramping up our marketing across all channels too, so it's an exciting time to come on board. To start, you'll see a new 2-4-1 section in your venue back-end (instructions can be seen here). It's as simple as that.
