Stacey is an Editor for The Happiest Hour.

Based in Randwick, and a former Rockpool team member, she spends her weeks scoping out Sydney's bars and pubs on the ground, so THH members always know where the best happy hours, food deals, vibes are before anyone else.

Stacey's taste runs the full spectrum – from polished, bougie cocktail bars with a killer wine list, to no-frills traditional pubs that just have that feeling the second you walk in. She's a firm believer that a great night can start anywhere, as long as the vibe is right.

Her go-to order tends to start humble and finish fancy: a crisp lager or cider to kick things off, before easing into cocktails and a good glass of wine as the night rolls on.

Ask her for a rec and she'll have three – one for a first date, one for a big group, and one for when you just want to disappear into a quiet corner with a nice red or Rose.
